Salespersons and Brokers renewing their license for the first time (after satisfying the 18 month conditional req) must complete four - 3 hr DRE approved courses in Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling and Fair housing. For the 2nd license renewal all salespersons are required to complete 45 hrs of CE every 4 yrs to keep their license current. The 45 hrs must include 6 hrs of Agency, Ethics and Prof. Conduct, Trust Fund Handling and Fair housing. |
